Please read pages 1-4 and 13-24 of the introductory chapter of Henry Jenkins' Convergence Culture (right-click and save the file, or left-click to open) and write a one paragraph response to one of his ideas that defines and suggests an example or two from your own experience working with new media. You may want to address the concept of "media convergence," "participatory culture," "collective intelligence," his ideas about media technologies and protocols in their various forms and uses, and about the digital divide and its effects on participation.
